Andrew Carnegie was a Scottish, he went to USA abread and bnd as usual he got a lot of troubles to earn his utter.But any how he managed all that. One day he became the Owner of America's Biggest Steel corporation. A time came when 43 millionaires were working under him.Though it was years ago. Some one asked him- How do you  find right people?
Mr. Andrew Answered- "Searching right personnel is same as mining into the Gold mine, when you are mining for a little piece of gold, you have to clear Tons of mud and soil to drill for hours.But when we are mining for gold we search for gold not the soil and mud."
Friendship is same.World is full of people but The gold is always hidden under tons of garbage.
